How can you overcome a fear of water as an adult?

With a gradual approach and plenty of patience: you begin in shallow water, then face in the water, breathing bubbles and floating with aids. The Grandola pool is small and warm, a cosy setting where anyone who feels afraid grows more confident right from the very first lesson.
