Acquastep brings step training into the water: you work on a submerged platform, with the resistance of the water making the movement effective yet gentle on the joints. At the GiZeta pool in Grandola, in water at 32 °C.

Warm-up in the water
Getting active to the beat, becoming familiar with the submerged step.
- Step 2
Basic sequences
Stepping up and down in time with the music.
- Step 3
Cardio phase
More intense combinations to raise your heart rate.
- Step 4
Cool-down
Slow movements and stretching in warm water.
On top there is the annual membership fee of 20 €, once per season (1 September → 31 August): it does not include the lessons, which are paid per lesson.
Price per cycle: from around 150 € to 180 €, depending on the actual number of lessons in the cycle and the type of course (closures and public holidays excluded).
